Emblem

Speaker 1

The emblem of the Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Turkic World (TURK-AY) is a symbol of the purpose of protecting and strengthening the rule of law and human rights in the Turkic World, exchanging views and experiences on common issues, developing cooperation and increasing dialogue.

Turquoise, also known as the Turkish colour, which has been associated with Turks throughout history, is used as the main colour in the emblem. While the crescent in the emblem depicts the gathering of the countries of the Turkic World under a common purpose, each corner of the eight-pointed star symbolises virtues such as compassion, patience, truthfulness, confidentiality, loyalty, modesty, generosity and gratitude.

The scales used at the focal point of the emblem symbolise the balanced distribution of justice in the Turkic World.
