Objectives

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Statute, the objectives of the TÜRK-AY shall be to promote:

(a) the guarantee of democracy;

(b) the respect and the protection of human rights;

(c) the implementation of the rule of law;

(d) the standardization of the terminology of constitutional law;

(e) the independence of constitutional jurisdictions; and

(f) the cooperation and exchanges of experiences and information among its members.
