Presidency

The President of the Conference shall be the President or Head of the member which hosted the current Congress.

The President of the Conference shall preside over the Board of Members as well as the Congress. If necessary, the President may designate acting Presidents or Heads of other members to preside over parts of the meeting.

At the end of the Second Meeting of the Heads and Representatives of the TÜRK-AY, held on 24 December 2022 in Istanbul, Türkiye, it has been decided that the First Term President of the TÜRK-AY shall be the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye.
